NW Women’s Surf Camps offers a variety of ways to “customize” the unique surfing and bodyboarding experiences they offer along the North Oregon Coast to companies, small businesses, organizations, non-profits, groups and individuals for their specific needs, wants and desires. Boost your business’ success and marketing appeal by creating a vibrant business partnered event with NW Women’s Surf Camps! We’ve offered Custom Events with the Ocean Lodge and Hallmark Resort in Cannon Beach for our Couple’s Surf Weekender Getaways, along with the Inn of the Four Winds in Seaside for our Women’s Surfing Immersion Week Retreats. The EVOO Cannon Beach Cooking School has partnered with us over the years for numerous camp events with their live dinner shows and has catered our week retreats. Contact us in the fall to plan one of these partnered custom events for the following summer season. We launch our registration and marketing for the upcoming summer season the middle of January of that year.
Partnered custom events, camps and/or group lessons with colleges, universities, schools and Parks & Recreation Districts have been created numerous times over the last nineteen years in our program. For seven years, we’re partnered with Portland Community College’s Rock Creek Campus in our Day Surf Camps for surfing and bodyboarding, Surf Weekenders, SUP & SUP Yoga Mindfulness on the Water Day Camp, Coed Group Surf and Bodyboard Lesson experiences.
Company Play Day events and group lessons have been created for Nike Team Extreme 6.0, Portland’s Title Nine Store in the Pearl District, Seattle’s Coastal Surf Boutiques and many others.
These company events and lessons foster good social relations among co-workers. Mutually sharing this surfing experience for the first time creates strong and beneficial bonds. The playing field is leveled and the day’s experience is a positive equalizer. Co-workers have an opportunity to interact in an unusual and unique setting. They are also able to see themselves and their peers learning a challenging sport together. Important aspects of “team building” are integrated throughout the day by our instructors. We also set a successful example of a well functioning team.
